What comes with every machine.

Every unit, without exception

Electrically tested and tagged to AS/NZS 3760, signed off by a licensed supervisor, and recorded against a serial number we keep for the life of the machine.

Delivery and installation

Delivery is available across Brisbane & Logan Region — collections and delivery within the launch region. Concession and referred households receive free or discounted delivery and installation.

A warranty we honour

Six months on concession units, three to six months on retail. Claims are honoured without argument, and our claim rate is published in the annual impact report.

Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law apply to second-hand goods sold by a business, in addition to any warranty stated here. Sale terms are under legal review before trading commences.

Before you buy

The questions people actually ask about a second-hand machine.

Is a second-hand washing machine actually safe?

Every unit is electrically tested and tagged to AS/NZS 3760 and signed off by a licensed electrical supervisor before it can be listed. Earth continuity, insulation resistance, leakage current, polarity and a visual inspection are all recorded against the machine's serial number, and the test results are published on its listing. A unit without a passed test and a named sign-off cannot be released for sale — that rule is enforced by the system, not by procedure.

What warranty comes with it?

Six months on Tier 1 concession units, and three to six months on Tier 2 retail units depending on the machine. The exact term is stated on the listing and on your receipt. Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law apply to second-hand goods sold by a business in addition to that warranty.

What happens if it breaks inside the warranty period?

We repair it, replace it or refund it. Claims are honoured without argument, and the claim rate is published in the annual impact report — publishing it is what keeps us honest about repair quality.

Why are two different prices shown for the same machine?

Tier 2 is the standard retail price, available to anyone. Tier 1 is the concession price, available to concession and health care card holders, pensioners, and households referred by a case manager or housing provider. The margin on Tier 2 sales is what funds the Tier 1 price beside it — the cross-subsidy is the business model, so it is published rather than hidden.

Do you deliver and install it?

Delivery is available across our service area. Concession and referred households receive free or discounted delivery and installation. Tell us your suburb and any access constraints — stairs, narrow doorways, upstairs laundries — when you enquire, and we will confirm a window.

Do you know what was wrong with the machine before?

Yes, and we publish it. Every listing carries the repair history for that serial — what failed, what was replaced, and what was done to it in the workshop. You are buying a second-hand appliance and you are entitled to know exactly what happened to it.
